Practice is on as scheduled tomorrow, Saturday May 23rd. Pits only, $20 ea. Gates open at 1, with tech open at that time. Tech will be done under the canopy entrance to Fair from the parking lot. The Wilmot Raceway is proud to announce our intentions of putting cars on the track for the first time in 2020, as we plan to tech and practice this Saturday May 23rd, weather permitting because as of now the raceway looks more like Lake Wilmot due to all the recent rain. Despite last night's ruling, because Kenosha Co is still considered one of Wisconsin's "hot spots", the county has continued the Governor's original ruling which extends through May 26th. 4/18/20 Wilmot Raceway Update: There really isn't any changes in our plans since we last updated. Wilmot Raceway, like all race tracks in WI, are under state government mandates due to COVID-19. The Governor has extended the SaferAtHome mandate thru May 26th, so with that being said, we can't open to host events or practices, through May 26th.... at this point. The Kenosha County Fair's Wilmot Raceway has much in place for what should be a great 2020 racing season. We are no different than most however, and are on hold as the world fights the COVID-19 virus.
