Bill and the B2 Motorsports team returned to the Wilmot Raceway this past weekend for the All Star Shootout with the All Stars Circuit of Champions ringers taking on the locals of the Interstate Racing Association. The Scott Thiel Motorsports team showed up at the Wilmot Raceway in Wilmot, WI Saturday September 25th. Scotty drew a 40 pill which set him to start inside the third row of the heat race event.
