With severe weather forecasts ever changing for the South Eastern Corner of Wisconsin Wilmot Raceway Has made the tough decision to cancel tonight's event. We apologize for any inconveniences or frustrations. We thank every team and the fans that stuck things out with us while we tried to make the best decision for everyone involved!!

For the seventh time this season and second week in a row, Mother Nature is the only winner Saturday, July 23 at Wilmot Raceway. The planned IRA Founders Night event will be moved to become part of the already scheduled IRA program on Saturday, August 27. An ever changing forecast which was calling for severe storms to hit the Kenosha County Fairgrounds facility resulted in track officials reluctantly calling off the program in the interest of safety for all competitors, fans and staff. The Kenosha County Fair’s Wilmot Raceway will have a new look to go with their exciting schedule. The third-mile clay oval will have completed a major offseason project when the gates open on opening night May 6th, as new aluminum bleachers will have been installed. The new bleachers were constructed in a manner that has the entire bleacher elevated on risers, and the entire bleacher comes with seat backs. A new era at Wilmot Raceway on the Kenosha County Fairgrounds survived some weather scares as the entire 2023 opening night race program was completed on Saturday, May 6.
